Shipping Policy

We ship to U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and some international locations.

International countries we do not ship to:

FREE Shipping Promotions

• Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard GROUND service only.
• FREE or discounted shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. states only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages and applies to orders $75 or more.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times 

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed for shipment in 24-48 hours Monday – Friday.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday or observed holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address.

• For Unsuccessfully Submitted Orders Placed with credit/ debit Card
• Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on your card for the amount of the order when An order is attempted, but not successfully processed. This can be due to
• An AVS mismatch or the billing address does not match the address your bank has on file
• The credit card or debit card does not have sufficient funds.

NOTE: You won't be charged for an unsuccessful order submission and the temporary hold will expire automatically within the timeframe set by your financial institution.

Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied to your  order in accordance with state and local laws, and will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location.
