What happens when you are not happy with your purchase?
If you return a product within 14 days after you've received receipt of your order, you will receive your refund in the form of your original payment. Any returns received after 14 days will be refunded in the form of reward points.

After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we'll let you know via email. If your refund is being applied back to a bank card or credit card, expect the credit to appear on your account within 7-10 days after you receive the notification email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
